Friday Fun – I’m going on a Hen Party!

Written by , Posted in Hen & Stag Adventures, Personal

With one of my best friends weddings only six weeks away it is time for us to hold the hen party, so the blushing bride, myself and 10 other beautiful ladies are packing our weekend bags and heading on a pamper weekend in Nottingham.

Most of the arrangements have been made by her sister and are all going to be a surprise for her so I can’t really divulge too much information as she does tend to gander at the blog but I can promise that there will be lots of fun and lots of drinking with some pampering in-between.

For those of you that are in charge of organising the hen party (my best friend Hannah better take note as she will be planning mine next year) here is a selection of activities that you could think about taking part in:

♥ Dancing Lessons – learn a choreographed routine with your bridal party that will wow the guests at your wedding reception.

♥ Outdoor activities such as paintballing, quad biking, kayaking – the girls will be taking part in an aerial adventure this weekend, however I have wimped out as I HATE heights!

Cocktail making – a popular choice for hen parties especially if you’re getting ready for the night ahead

A day at the races – brilliant for those of you who are feeling lucky

Glamping would be perfect for a festival bride

♥ And finally if you are like me and want any excuse to go somewhere hot how about spending a weekend (or week) abroad

Hint to Hannah: I would like to do anything that is a mixture of the last two

Anyway I would like to wish all our lovely readers an excellent weekend and I would like to wish the blushing bride to be on our hen weekend the best of luck surviving what we have in store for you.

Oh and too my gorgeous fiancé remember to feed the cats and your meals are in the freezer

Lots of Bespoke Love

Emily
