New Temperley Bridal Collection 2012 – ‘Ophelia’

Written by , Posted in Bridal Fashion

Good evening,

You may be wondering why we haven’t been blogging for the last couple of days?? Well as you may be aware I attended a hen party in Nottingham over the weekend; let’s just say things got a little messy. A three and a half hour journey from the Forest of Dean to Nottingham became a ten hour journey as we ended up in Liverpool. I have no idea how we did it, but we did and I fear we will never live it down.

The hen party itself was fantastic to say the least, especially watching the girls do the aerial adventure. Of course I wimped out but it didn’t stop me laughing at the other girls…..I promise I encouraged them too! The journey back wasn’t too successful either as my car exhaust decided to displace itself into the middle of the dual carriageway. Since then I have been on the road to recovery (did someone mention road?) and in order to feel at my best I needed to look at wedding dresses as any bride to be does. That was when I came across this little beauty of a collection.

Temperley Bridal 2012 ‘Ophelia’

The Ophelia collection has been designed by the wonderful Alice Temperley and has a beautiful Boho feel. Attention to detail on these dresses is phenomenal, with three good luck charms handpicked by Alice being sewn on to each dress. For the brides something ‘old’, a 1920’s vintage button, something new is a sequin from the ‘new’  collection and for something blue, a small piece of hand embroidery. The collection features gorgeous fabrics that helps to create structure and elongates the silhouette with draped silks and French lace.

So if your budget is between £2000 and £7000 you must simply take a look at the new Ophelia range by Temperley…
