Introducing Richard Nicoll’s High Street Collection of Wedding Dresses for Topshop

Written by , Posted in Bridal Fashion

Brides and non-brides alike rejoiced when they heard the news that Richard Nicoll was to design a bridal range espcially for High street retailer, Topshop this year. It was every budget brides dream, designer dresses at affordable prices. However after seeing the collection last month the range has been met with a variety of different responses, some good and some not so.

The dresses are typically Nicoll, fuss free with clean lines and a modern twist. The range includes white lace t-shirt dresses (very hippy chic!), simple slip dresses and a bustier dress with a long layered skirt. Colours include the more traditional ivory and the not so coventional pale pink for a more bold bride.

The idea behind the collection was “to offer a a younger, cooler alternative to the meringue culture” and whilst the range is the epitome of ‘alternative’ the dresses are considerably tailored towards the more uncoventional bride.

Take a look at the rest of the range below and let us know what you think?

You can see the range in full here.

Much Bespoke Love
