Nail Polish Marble Effect Favours DIY

Hello Lovelies, I hope you all have lots of wonderful plans for the weekend. For those of you at a loose end I have a fun, colourful and very quick DIY for you to try. I have been meaning to sort through my old nail varnish for months now. There is nothing worse than using them when they have become old and lumpy. Whenever I can, I will always try to find another use for something before I trash it, not wanting to throw so many pots of nail varnish away, I have been trying to think of ways to use them, so this project was perfect!

You Will Need: Mini plant pots (These were from Ikea)// Nail polish (I used 3-4 old bottles)// Bucket of water//

Nail Polish Marble Effect Favour Pot DIY Tutorial

Step 1: Half fill your bucket with water.

Step 2: Pour in your nail varnish, letting it spread across the top of the water. Give it a little mix or shake to blend the colours.

Step 3: Dip your pot in the water, leaving the ridge free.

Step 4: Leave to dry for an 1-2 hours.

I absolutely loved revealing the pattern on the pots as each one was always different. We decided to use ours for flowers but these would be awesome for succulents too don’t you think?

As many of you will already know we have recently been voted for ‘Best DIY Wedding Blog’ in the Wedding Blog Awards. If you liked this DIY we would be eternally grateful if you could pop on over and give us a little vote and as usual we would love to see your DIY’s so be sure to use #BespokeBride on Instagram to share your projects.

Much Bespoke Love
