Have Your Cake & Eat it!

What do you get when three extremely talented ladies get together to show their love of cake, crockery and creativity? Well we can tell you, you get a day full of tasty sweets and pretty treats. Photographed by Nikki Kirk at the wonderful Eastington Park, this shoot was set up to show a little glimpse of what these wonderful women can do.

The shoot is full of delicate ideas whether it be for your hen party or your wedding day and is a look that is incredibly versatile, perfect for anyone who wants to celebrate with a typically English tea party.

The beautiful bespoke wedding cakes were made by Jenny Brooks of Curtis and Co and the day was styled by the wonderful  Miss Emmelines who added the perfect touch to this pretty shoot. The venue was Eastington park a stunning grade 2 listed mansion in Gloucestershire, an apt location to take high tea.

Bristol Vintage Wedding Fair

Last weekend the two of us that are Bespoke Bride made the small journey over to Bristol to attend Bristol vintage’s second successful wedding fair. The weather was glorious so I thought I would take the opportunity to sweep the cobwebs from Jess’s eyes as she was shall we say slightly hung over, by putting the roof down on the convertible. Although sunny someone should really have mentioned it still gets cold, and so we arrived at the wedding fair after getting lost for some time  a regular occurrence for me shivering and extremely windswept.

New Temperley Bridal Collection 2012 – ‘Ophelia’

Good evening,

You may be wondering why we haven’t been blogging for the last couple of days?? Well as you may be aware I attended a hen party in Nottingham over the weekend; let’s just say things got a little messy. A three and a half hour journey from the Forest of Dean to Nottingham became a ten hour journey as we ended up in Liverpool. I have no idea how we did it, but we did and I fear we will never live it down.
