As some of you may know in January I attended a 2 day workshop called The Blogcademy, which can only be described as a blogging heaven full of advice from Gala, Shauna & Kat on taking your blog to it’s maximum potential. Blogging was broken down into bite size sections and the ladies covered everything from social media to finding inspiration and monetizing your blog. (You can read more about my fab time here!)

When it was time to talk about branding I was really interested in hearing what Shauna had to say. Me and Emily honestly thought the design of our blog was great for a bridal blog. How naive of us!! Once Shauna talked us through her design tips and brand audits we had to write down 3 things we wanted our blog to be described as. I wrote down fun, bright and colourful. I also wanted the design to look  ’clean’ and professional.
