A Pink Sprinkle Cocktail Recipe with White Chocolate Pretzels!
YUMMY! How naughty and delicious does that look?! Plus it’s pink, so win-win! This cocktail is really easy to make and can be customised with lots of different spirits, we’re using mango vodka today but this would also taste great with malibu or any fruit based liquor really! Here’s what you’ll need for the pretzels and the drink…
Milk // Single cream // Mango vodka // Grenadine // Squirty cream // Sprinkles // Pretzels // White chocolate //
Ready? Let’s get started…
Step 1: Melt the white chocolate in a sauce pan, then leave to cool slightly.
Step 2: Meanwhile, lay the pretzels out on a baking tray or flat surface lined with baking paper.
Step 3: Using a spoon, cover the bottom half of the pretzels in white chocolate
Step 4: Pour the sprinkles over top until you’re happy with the amount (let’s be honest you can never have too many!) Then place in the fridge to set.
Step 5: Once the chocolate has hardened again, take your scissors and cut off the excess chocolate following the pretzel shape underneath.
Step 6: Put the pretzels to one side and get your glass ready for the cocktail! Then pour one shot of vodka in.
Step 7: Fill the remainder of the glass with half cream, half milk.
Step 8: Add a tablespoon of grenadine and give the drink a good stir, it will now turn an awesome shade of pink!
Step 9: Using your squirty cream and holding the can upright, top your cocktail with cream!
Step 10: Add your sprinkles on top.
Step 11: Pop a couple of pretzels into the cream and serve!
