The Bespoke Bride Collection by Jessica Bennett

We just love getting to be the first to have a little sneaky peek at a brand new collection, especially when the photos and styling are as gorgeous as this!

As I flicked through this range I was instantly drawn to the gorgeous layers, the ruching, the embroidery, the open backs… My list was endless and I just had to share it with you too. With so many of you getting engaged over the holiday period it is likely many of you will be looking for some dress inspiration and by golly gosh and I think we may just have found exactly what you are looking for!

We would like to introduce you to Jessica Bennett’s Bespoke Bride Collection. Bespoke by name Bespoke by nature, Jessica Bennett aims to create bridal gowns to suit brides who desire a unique wedding dress that has been designed exactly to fit their shape and specification.

To kick us off I would like you to see my favourite, otherwise known as ‘Luella’, if you have an hourglass figure such as myself the peplum can be extremely flattering. I also love love love the boleros or ‘separates’, I am a little self conscious about having cleavage on show so a bolero such as the sleeveless vintage which can be seen on ‘Gabriella’  is a great little cover up without losing the beauty of the dress. For those of you conscious about having arms on show then you should totally take a look at the embroidered tulle long-sleeved bolero paired with ‘Millie’.

Dresses start at just £780 which is you ask me is a totally mind blowing and is an opportunity not to be missed! And dont forget these ladies specialise in Bespoke wedding dresses so if you have something else in mind you really must give them a shout!

Queesra & Christopher: The Bride Made Her Own Dresses For this Traditional Wedding With A Personal Twist…

_MG_2536

When Martina told me about the wedding of Queesra and Christopher I knew I was going to love it. Although the wedding was very traditional, the couple wanted to make sure that their personalities were expressed throughout the day and believe me that is exactly what they did. There were so many different DIY and personal touches throughout the day which you will soon read all about but there were two main things that impressed me about these two. Firstly, both have a background in fashion and design so in light of this Queesra designed and made both of her wedding dresses (both day and night). Secondly, although both Queesra and Christopher are profoundly deaf  it didn’t stop them dancing the night away to the sounds of Michael Jackson and here is how they did it….
