Dream team Kelly L’Esperance (of Miss Fleur Floral) and Grace Hill (of Photography by Grace Hill) love working together to create new and exciting ideas! After following Rock the Frock Bridal’s Instagram and coming across the gorgeous blue dip-dye dresses by the fabulous Lucy Can’t Dance, they just had reach out to her to see if she fancied partnering up for our crazy colourful ideas and this my friends is the result, a tropical rainforest bridal editorial.Details
Hey guys! You might have noticed last week that we mentioned wanting to make our styled shoots and real weddings more useful tools for brides and grooms, not only looking for inspiration but for help and advice too. After collecting the results of our recent reader survey (more on that later this week!) we can officially say that after our DIY’s, our real weddings are officially the second most read post on our blog, which is great for us because we absolutely love sharing them.
However, as with our styled shoots, it has become apparent that, although they are a great source of inspiration, they aren’t as helpful as they probably could be?
You want to know more about the whys and the hows of the planning process? What did our real wedded couples fear or worry about most? What didn’t tjey do and wish they had or what were the things they did do and wish they hadn’t?
Which is why from now on, we will endeavor to once again make our real weddings as helpful as possible, starting with this super rad wedding in Downtown Phoenix.
Jared & Brittany were married at the MonOrchid, an art gallery, restaurant, coffee shop, and green house; which pretty much makes for one sweet wedding location.Details

Although I’ve promised myself a break from wedding planning for a little while, I can’t help but find myself perusing Pinterest for ideas here and there. Both myself and Mr T are outdoorsy type people, we love nature and in the summer try to spend as much time in our garden as possible, which is why for Valentines day this year Mr T took me to a garden center for the day! You might think that sounds kinda boring but we loved it and it’s why I fell in love with the idea of getting married in a greenhouse, surrounded by plants and foliage. Since then, I’ve been looking around for some inspiration and I needed somewhere to list all my favorites and where better to share it, than here with you guys.
Tropical Garden Party: I have been so obsessed with everything tropical this year which is probably why I love everything about this fruity greenhouse party. Paired with this pretty location in Houston it’s not surprising that this it is up there as my dream wedding location and setup! If anyone knows of anywhere like this, here in the UK, hit me up!
Greenhouse Wedding with Tons of Color: With summer all but a distant memory there’s no better way to clear those winter blues than with a wedding day bursting with color. This greenhouse wedding inspiration was shot in the Netherlands and features blooming florals and a soft shimmering light that will take you back to those days of summer.
Modern + Colorful Glasshouse Inspiration: OK so it’s not strictly a greenhouse but it could be and as we like to bend the rules around here, and because it’s so damn colorful, I couldn’t resist sharing it with you!
Modern Chic San Francisco Wedding: As you can see from these images, the Conservatory of flowers is a captivating venue! This blank canvas provides the perfect backdrop for creative couples and really is one of San Francisco’s most iconic gems.
Greenhouse Romance: Located in Santa Barbara, this stunning greenhouse is the perfect inspiration for an elegant outdoor wedding.
New Mexico Desert Conservatory Wedding Inspiration: Not strictly a greenhouse but very similar, this conservatory in Albuquerque would be great for any couple with a fondness of cacti.
Science Meets Botanical Wedding Inspiration: The science themed shoot is part quirky, part rustic elegance which makes it the perfect fit for this botanical farm in Maine.
Botanical Wedding in Barcelona: This beautiful wedding in Barcelona is overflowing with lush greenery, ivy covered walls, floors surrounded in succulents and ceilings strung with fairy lights, could this place be anymore magical!
London Greenhouse & Pub Wedding: Clifton Nurseries is up there on my list of places I would love to get married, surrounded by plants and foliage, it’s not surprising that this intimate London venue is a popular one with couples looking for something a bit more unique.
Romantic Philadelphia Horticulture Wedding: Greenhouse weddings aren’t just for summer as this vibrant winter wedding proves. With deep jewel tones, geometric shapes and brightly colored floral displays this Philadelphia venue is dressed perfectly for the season.
Watercolor & Gemstone Wedding: This enchanting indoor garden venue in Seattle provided this couple with a unique and intimate ceremony space perfect for a heartfelt wedding day.
Organic Floral Philadelphia Wedding: Everything about this shoot is so romantic and natural, the styling really compliments this greenhouse venue in Philadelphia.Details
It’s one of Australia’s most hotly debated political issues right now, as the future of legislation allowing same-sex marriage, looks more uncertain than ever. But those in the wedding industry are fighting back, keen to remind politicians that they are not happy about the current laws and they want to see change. Sarah from SarahHearts Photography, along with an amazing team of vendors, pulled together to create an inspirational same-sex shoot to highlight just that, and I think you will agree they have done a rather fantastic job.
