Skull Button Holes and a Cherry fascinator: Justin and Jodi
We have been so looking forward to blogging Justin and Jodi’s wedding, ever since Andy from Tiptography tweeted us to tell us about this unique and personal wedding he would be shooting last weekend.
The ceremony was held at The Guildhall in Bath with the reception at a relations house. Here is what Andy had to say about the day…
“Both in their early 20’s Justin and Jodi wanted to ensure their wedding had a very unique and personal theme and ensured that everything from the button holes to the flowers to the favours and guestbook were handmade by the couple. It was an intimate and informal wedding where the couple showed their creative side in what really was a fantastic day had by all.
With this in mind on a very rainy Thursday I headed off to The Guildhall in Bath hoping for a break in the rain to capture some shots of the couple in and around Bath. This was not meant to be but The Guildhall itself, with the old courtroom acting as the cermony room and the fabulous feature marble staircase, proved that I couldn’t have asked for a better location to capture the natural quirkiness of the couple.
From Justin’s skull button hole to Jodi’s dark cherry fascinator every detail captured their personalities perfectly. Their retro chic reception had a very Jubilee feel to it with red, white and blue colours out in force and we were even treated to a fantastic fish and chip supper by the couple.
I hope you love the photo’s as much as we loved the day.”
A huge congratulations to Jodi and Justin on your amazing day and massive thanks to Andy at Tiptography for these amazing images.
Much Bespoke Love

I love these wedding photos. But would like to ask the bride how she made/inspired the fab buttonholes as I would love to either purchase/make some for my friend’s wedding in April.
Please can you pass on this message, it would mean so much.
thank you,
Lucy
Hi Lucy
Unfortunately it is now over 4 years since we posted this wedding and we are no longer in contact with the bride. I am so sorry that we cannot be of anymore help.
Best of luck with your wedding in April.
