Wedding DIY: Confetti & Glitter Jar Place Settings
Who doesn’t love splashing a little colour into their wedding day? I for one am a huge fan of colour, especially when it comes to little pieces of confetti AND glitter! I think there’s something so fun and fresh about these place settings and I’m here to tell you that they are SO EASY to make too! I didn’t have any confetti to hand either so I just used pieces of card & a hole punch! Here’s how to make them…
You will need:
♥ Card ♥ Glue ♥ Jars ♥ Hole Punch ♥ Flowers of your choice ♥ BBQ Skewers ♥ Glitter ♥ Scissors
Step 1: Grab all of the colours of your card, cut them into strips and then start punching hundreds of holes in them!
Step 2: Once you’ve finished punching holes, tip all of the ‘confetti’ onto a plate and sprinkle on your glitter.
Step 3: Better put down some old news paper or magazine for this step, it’s about the get messy baby! Coat the bottom half of your jar with glue then quickly continue onto the next step!
Step 4: Pick up a hand full of confetti and start to sprinkle it over the jar so it sticks to the glue, continue to do this until all areas covered in glue are in colourful goodness!
Step 5: Fill your jars half way with water and pop in your flowers!
Step 6: Cut out a small piece of card (about 3 or 4 inches) and fold it over your BBQ skewer.
Step 7: Glue the two sides of the card together, write on the names of your guests and then cut off the corners into a flag shape.
Step 8: Place in the jars and voila! Beautiful and simple right? What do you think?
Much Bespoke Love

I LOVE this idea. And I would use a heart shaped paper punch, or another shape too, as well as the round ones. Great idea!! Where did you get the mason jars?
