But what if you want to take the festivities outside with you and spread the Christmas cheer with your outfit accessories?! Perhaps you’ve got the office Christmas party coming up and you want to add that little something extra to your ensemble or maybe you just want to use this clutch for the ENTIRE of December (no judgement. We’re totally doing it). Either way, today’s DIY is quick, easy and will add a little sparkle wherever you take it!
YOU WILL NEED:
*If you don’t have a Cricut Explore then you can still do this DIY if you find yourself some iron on letters in a craft store. For today’s tutorial though we’re going to be cutting out the letters using the machine since it’s much quicker, easier and we can choose the font we like!
STEP 1:
Open up the Cricut Design space and type the phrase you want to use on your clutch. We went with ‘MINCE PIES BEFORE GUYS’ but we also love these punny phrases too!
“ALL THE JINGLE LADIES”
“COS I SLEIGH”
“EVERYDAY I’M BRUSSELIN”

STEP 2:
Choose the font that you like for your quote and size it to an appropriate size for your clutch.
STEP 3:
Once you’re ready load your gold glitter iron on into the machine and turn your dial to tell the machine you’ll be using iron on material. (be sure to check reverse image too when prompted)
STEP 4:
Load the material into the machine, hit go and watch it work it’s magic! Once the cut is complete remove the negative spaces from the text and then remove your complete quote from the mat.
STEP 5:
Finally, using your iron or Cricut easy press transfer your quote onto your clutch and voila, job done!
