Stunning Styled Shoot at Pontiac Transportation Museum – A New Star Among Wedding Venues in Detroit?
ELOPE IN STYLE WITH THIS WAREHOUSE WEDDING INSPIRATION
Although today’s installment is a styled shoot, Taylor and Chris are actually a real life engaged couple who are so head over heels in love. The couple own a local yoga studio together and have a pet dog, Pan, who is an important part of their life together, which is why naturally they wanted him to be a part of the day as well.
With this styled elopement the creators wanted to tell the story of an elopement and to show couples that they can have a gorgeous meaningful day without a huge expensive wedding. The shoot was held at The Loft at Elements Preserved and is new this year. Its a light-filled clean space and perfect for small weddings and elopements. They also provide vintage furniture and prop rentals and have an astounding selection of pieces in their warehouse that are perfect for creating any look. The bedroom scene included a DIY “headboard” backdrop made from vintage doilies, embroidery hoops, and hand-torn linens. The couples pet dog Pan, had a custom-made bow tie to fit the color scheme and the tiny vintage peacock chair was the perfect perch for him during the wedding dinner.
